The content of this site is not an offer
These pages describe version 1.2.0 of the NexusFabric platform. They are informative. They are not a binding offer within the meaning of Article 1188 of the Romanian Civil Code and create no obligation on our part; obligations arise from a licence contract signed by both parties.
The capability descriptions are written against an internal register in which every statement has a delivery criterion and a test. That makes them verifiable by us, not warranted to you: the warranty is the one in the contract.
Intellectual property
- The text, structure, visual identity and images on this site are ours or used with permission.
- The name NexusFabric and the associated mark are used without any statement of registration, because there is none.
- You may quote pages with attribution and a link. You may not reproduce the site as a whole, rewrite it as your own material, or use the visual identity for a product that is not ours.
- The typeface used in the identity is distributed under its own open licence and remains its authors’.
The product licence
NexusFabric is a proprietary commercial product. It is not downloaded from this site, no source code is distributed, and there is no public repository. It is delivered by contract, on request.
Availability and liability
The site may go down for maintenance or because of the hosting provider, without notice. We accept no liability for unavailability, nor for loss arising from use of the information on this site outside a contract with us. What happens to the product in production is governed by the licence contract, not by this page.
The editorial content of this site contains no links to third-party sites. Should one appear, we are not responsible for what is at the other end.
Personal data
Data processing is described separately. In short: the site is static, has no analytics, sets no cookies and has no forms.
Governing law and the prevailing version
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute not settled amicably falls to the courts having jurisdiction at our registered office.
This site is published in Romanian and in English, and the two versions say the same thing. Should they nevertheless differ, the Romanian version prevails.
Changes
We may change these terms. The version published here is the one in force; we keep no public history of it.
